Refund & Returns Policy

At Dutch Genie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened perfume bottles.
To initiate a return, please contact us at: info@dutchgenie.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will offer a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
